About
We help parents/carers whose children have difficulties with their learning, to "navigate" the education system. We offer a confidential service which gives parents impartial advice and information to help them make informed decisions about their child's education. We advise over the telephone, video calls and email, we hold information events, signpost parents to other organisations that may be able to help and link with the local parent/carer forum.
Opening times
Mon-Thursday 9.00 – 5.00 and Friday 9.00 - 4.30 pm
