Service details

The Base is a drug and alcohol service for young people and young adults in Kirklees (up to the age of 21). We provide free, friendly and confidential support on drugs, NPS and/or alcohol issues. The service also offers provision for parents, carers and professionals that support young people in Kirklees.

The Base offers:

• One to one appointments

• Targeted groupwork

• Drop-in's

• Community outreach

• Telephone and Facebook support

• Support around related areas such as housing, education/training, employment and finances

• Information, advice and support to parents and families

• Specialist training for professionals

Opening times

Monday 9am - 7pm

Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We can also offer appointments outside of these times.
