The Carers UK Helpline is available from Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. You can call 0808 808 7777 for general information and signposting.
If you have a more detailed query or would like more guidance, we would suggest you contact our email helpline (advice@carersuk.org) to reach an online adviser.
