Carers Time Off is a short breaks/sitting service covering Harrogate, Knaresborough and the surrounding villages. The service arranges for volunteer sitters to spend time in the home of an adult being cared for by a partner, friend or relative to enable their carer to have some time to themselves.

Monday to Thursday 9am - 4.30pm

Referrals are taken from carers, relatives or friends and workers in health, social care services and other voluntary organisations.
