Care Rights UK is your care champion, the charity focused on defending the rights of people in care (previously called the Relatives & Residents Association).

We want people to know their rights and how to use them. The Care Rights UK Helpline offers free, confidential advice, information and support to empower older people using care services, and their relatives and friends.

Opening times
