Bury Diabetic Support Group is a self-help group offering a service to people with Diabetes, their carers and families.
Bury Diabetic Support Group recognizes that Diabetes is a condition that effects not only the person with the diabetes but the family as a whole and can make tremendous life-style changes for all concerned.
It is a continual learning process which requires the support and assistance of all involved, and as such a self-help body like the Bury Diabetic Support Group can be a vital link between those concerned, the Commissioner, the NHS and outside other bodies.
Opening times
The group meet every 3rd Wedensday of the month from 7:30pm - 9pm
