About

Short Breaks are opportunities for Disabled children to spend time away from their families, with the support of a carer. This way they can meet new people and have new experiences while their main carer gets a much needed break. A Short Break can be anything from a few hours (e.g going swimming or to a football match) - to a longer period (e.g. when the child/young person stays in the carers home overnight or for a weekend).
