BASIS Yorkshire provides safety, information and support to:

• Female or trans+ sex workers living and/or working in Leeds

• Girls and young women experiencing sexual exploitation

• Women in need of support based on their historic experience of Child Sexual Exploitation.

Basis can also provide:

• Support for victims of trafficking

• Safety information and advice for sex workers in all sectors

• Support for any crimes that are committed against you, including reporting to the police, completing an Ugly Mugs alert or support in court

• Free personal safety alarms and a safety card with tips/emergency numbers to keep you safe

• Emotional support

• Fortnightly updates on Ugly Mugs alerts

• Support with sexual health issues

Opening times

Our drop-in hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm - 3pm for adult women (cis and trans) and non-binary people who currently or have previously sex worked, and people who have experiencing sexual exploitation. Please call us for any clarification and to find out what activities are running in drop-in.
