A local peer support group for people living in Barnet who suffer from depression. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation which is financially assisted by Barnet Council.
The group provides a confidential space for people to share their experience of depression, support and encourage each other and to share information.
Please note the group does not offer therapy or counselling and all group members including group organisers have suffered from depression themselves.

Opening times
We hold meetings twice a month in the evenings : one face-to-face meeting in North Finchley and one online (Zoom) meeting. We also have regular social events.

Target group
Adults who suffer from depression or depression with anxiety. The group is not open to people with other mental health conditions or to carers of people with depression.
