About

Azure supports individuals who have a learning disability to live as independently as possible within their own tenancy housing. Our supported housing is within the Tynedale valley, Cramlington and Newcastle. We also support people within a Care Home at Washington. Our Community Access/ outreach service supports people to access lesuire and employment opportunities. We tailor support around the individual and aim to support each person to reach their potential in life.
