We are managed by a Board of Trustees chaired by John Dixon, supported by nominated members from local councils and Age UK England. The board can be contacted via the office in Littlehampton. Services include our Daybreak clubs supporting carers and people with Dementia. Home from Hospital service supporting people living on their own when discharged from hospital.
