About
Age UK Norfolk is an independent local charity dedicated to supporting older people across Norfolk to enjoy later life. We provide free, confidential information and advice on issues such as benefits, care, housing, wellbeing, and household finances, helping older people make informed choices and manage their money with confidence. Our services include a countywide advice line, face-to-face support, advocacy, help with budgeting and benefits, a range of companionship services to reduce loneliness, digital inclusion sessions, and community outreach activities.

Further information
Age UK Norfolk offers free, confidential information and advice on a wide range of issues including benefits, care options, housing, and wellbeing. Our trained advisers help older people maximise their income through benefit checks and provide step-by-step support with applications and budgeting. We also deliver an independent advocacy service, offering one-to-one support to help people have their voices heard, make informed decisions, and manage practical matters such as household finances and bills. To reduce loneliness and isolation, we provide a range of companionship services, including telephone befriending, face-to-face visits, and travelling companionship. In addition, we run digital inclusion sessions to help people build confidence with technology and stay connected, and we engage with communities through local events and outreach.
