Age Exchange is recognised as the leading UK charity working in the field of reminiscence. Our practical training programme has helped develop confident, capable and imaginative care and project workers for over twenty years. Our Reminiscence Centre in Blackheath, south-east London is open to the public six days a week and welcomes group visits from carers' groups and care centres, where visitors can relax in our community cafe and enjoy our hands-on display of reminiscence items. Group visits should be booked in advance with our Centre Co-ordinator.
