Action for M.E. is the UK's leading charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with M.E. We've been at the forefront of the campaign for more research, better treatments and services since 1987, and we provide information and support to people affected by M.E. Our mission is empowering people with M.E. to fulfil their potential and secure the care and support they need, while working towards a greater understanding of the illness and ultimately a cure.

Anyone living with or supporting someone with M.E. can self-refer to Action for M.E.’s free Information and Support, Advocacy and Family Support Service by calling 0117 927 9551 or via their website.
