About
ACT is a BACP-accredited high-quality low-cost counselling and psychotherapy service based in Bromley, for anyone over 18. Appointments are held weekly for up to 1 year.
A no-commitment initial consultation can be booked for £30 via the website or by phoning ACT. Counselling appointment fees are negotiable, and range from £20-£50 each, and there is a special rate for those on benefits.
Counselling is available face-to-face, or by video-link (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime).
Opening times
Monday: Friday: 9am-9pm. Saturday: 9am - 1pm
Access
Counselling rooms are on 1st and 2nd floors - not suitable for those with disabilities or the housebound, for whom we offer online counselling.

London Borough of Bromley and surrounding areas.
