   Front of house staff polite and helpful. Medications seems to never be ready, but made up when you arrive. Often partially complete so you have to make a return journey. I was sent a notification to collect the remaining medicine that wasn't ready at initial collection. The pharmacist used very incendiary language when she told me I had been ignoring her messages to collect (I'd been away but only received 1 reminder) and rolled her eye when I said I'd not received the numerous messages she said she had sent. Quite rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. I've changed pharmacists as a result.
