The pharmacy had changed hands. I must say amongst the stuff there were/are one or two people who were pretty unpleasant, but all-in-all they do the job and I was surprised to see previous comments. Of course the stuff could be even more customer oriented, some person may be not very helpful - hit and miss, others are always helpful. I have noticed various people there changing, really should be helpful all the time! Customers who do use pharmacy are already suffering enough. But I cannot say that stuff is awful, definitely not everyone! Be fair! Most troubles were possibly caused by a "No doctors" surgery! I have noticed that situation is changing for better now, so Good Luck to everyone!

They never answer their phone. The phone is either ringing with no answer or it goes onto voicemail and it always full. It was never like until the pharmacy was taken over. I am always running out of my medication. It's not the surgeries fault because I always put my.prescriptions in with plenty of time so that I should not run out of my.medication
