Since it has been under new ownership, the pharmacy has improved its service. Whereas previously the prescriptions weren't dispensed until you came in, they are now prepared in advance. This has virtually eliminated queuing. The text system advising that the prescription is ready is also an improvement. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

I used to rate this pharmacy, it is a small pharmacy so quite often it is busy but I always had excellent service. Recently this has changed and it is getting more and more frustrating. I vary times when I visit it to see if that makes a difference. It doesn't. Always seems to be at least 6 people queuing out the door waiting to be served. Finding medications seems to take forever. Not sure how they file anything but it isn't working. They check computer, then check a pile of papers and then check somewhere else. I can end up waiting for 20 minutes or more to get my medication. Pharmacist breaktimes are unknown by anyone it appears. I understand I can't get certain meds if the pharmacist is on break but the staff can't even tell me when the break is over. 'Come back later we are open to 11pm' is the response at 1.45pm. Feeling more and more frustrated.

Very friendly team,good customer service. Would recommend to anyone and their opening and closing times are really good.
