  1. Review titled Horribe Pharmacy

Rated 1 star out of 5

This pharmacy has lost my prescription on more than 4 occasions !! They hardly ever communicate when prescription is ready, never issue "pending slips" and when you go back to collect pending items its mayhem. One more than two occasions their unprofessionalism has impacted my health and all of this wouldn't happen if this pharmacy was run professionally. Unfit to be a pharmacy !!

  2. Review titled Inefficient, Unprofessional and unhelpful

Rated 1 star out of 5

I visited this pharmacy last Friday, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. They promised to notify me when my prescription was ready, but after two days of waiting, I received no message. When I finally called them, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes, only to claim they'd call me back. At closing time , I received a text saying my prescription was ready. To make matters worse, the advertised opening time was 07:30, but the owner insisted they'd open at 08:00. He reluctantly let me in, but when it came to dispensing my medication, he refused due to an expired prepayment certificate. I asked for a couple of minutes to renew it, but he was incredibly rude and unhelpful, continuously pushing me to return later. Frustrated and fed up, I left without my medication. My wife had to pick it up instead, and we're never going back if we can avoid it. This place is run like a profit-driven business with no concern for patient well-being. Terrible experience.

  3. Review titled Not open as advertised

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Went there at 7:45am to collect medication that was urgently needed as on the display sign it says they open at 7am and on the web it says they open at 7:30. Unfortunately that was not true, as they actually open at 8:00am.

  4. Review titled Rude, inefficient, uncaring and poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Victor - Posted on 24 October 2023

Extremely rude and uncaring service. Never received a text message to confirm they had my prescription for over 10 days until I phoned to find out. Owner was very rude, condescending and hung up on me twice, kept cutting me short as he did not want to resolve the issue. He got quite short and curt with me after I politely declined the free flu jab (which they get paid for administering) all downhill after that. This place is run like a corner shop instead of a proper pharmacy. So many pharmacies to choose from these days - so it was easy changing to another one that provides a caring service to all patients and the owner is neither senile nor hostile.

  5. Review titled Worst pharmacy who do not care about you

Rated 1 star out of 5

I waited in the queue for 10 minutes there was only one person ahead of me. I was collecting painkillers for my father as he was prescribed. When it came to my turn they said please come back tomorrow we are closing. Micky mouse pharmacy. I begged her to have a look she said we don’t have that come back tomorrow we are past closing time, without looking at the paper. She could have told me 10 minutes before if she wasn’t going to serve me. Disgraces

  6. Review titled Never seen such practice at an nhs pharmacy

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 14 April 2023

I called this pharmacy as it was the only one open nearest to me in the early morning. I started asking a question about a medication I'm taking and was interrupted by the pharmacist as to whether I had a prescription from their pharmacy. I replied no but had a general question about dosing but was told t to ring the chemist I had my prescription dispensed from and that he could not advise. I called back and asked whether they were a ventral pharmacy or something else and the person answering said yes and then she wasn't sure, she passed the phone to the pharmacist who said to call my dispensing chemist. I have got prescription from there before but only as I was having a one off visit from the pinn medical centre walk in service. But this pharmacy has never been advertised as a non general pharmacy. I've never seen anything like it.
