Ordered my prescription online early as would run out over Xmas and pharmacy would be closed into following week.They had it ready for me same day. Cannot fault them, always very good service.

I came to you today for advice and to return unused tablets. You gave me the best advice you could, which was to try to get an appointment to see my doctor. I made my way on my mobility scooter to the surgery, a couple of stops on the way though, and at the surgery the receptionist couldn't give me an appointment but made a couple of suggestions. I said I wasn't sure what to do so she took it out of my hands and put me down for a telephone call from the doctor. He rang, when I told him what I was going through he asked me to get back down to the surgery and he gave me a complete examination. He then sent a prescription electronically to you. Whilst on the phone to my retired SRN sister there was a knock on my door. At the door was the young lady from the pharmacy delivering the prescription on her way home. Thank you very much, Thanks to coming to you for advice I now hove the treatment I needed. So, as said, thank you very much for going that extra mile for me.
