This little pharmacy used to be very good, sending texts when medicines ready, this only happens very sporadically now. I give plenty of time after handing in my prescription yet when I go to collect it is very rarely ready and if its made up they have to search high and low to find it. This week I handed in a prescription on 1st of May, I went to collect it on 8th (not having a text),was told after a long wait 2 items were in stock but 1 would be there on 9th so I left it at that. On the 10th I went in and again after a long wait they had to make it up and I was given 2 items that were not even on the prescription (very dangerous) all they had done was look at my history, I think they lost the original prescription. I have noticed that some of the staff look recent and the ones from about 6 - 8 weeks ago are not there, well the new staff are not up to the job.

Came to pick up some medication this evening and the woman was really rude and un helpful this isn't the first time that this has happened

Always polite a nd more importantly caring and so helpful .Iv always been satisfied with any help Iv asked for .I asked for help for a problem I had and the person I asked as so discreet because they knew I was embarrassed .I think that proved to me how professional this person was .

I was struggling to book a flu jab due to me working full time and the pharmacist was doing a walk in service and was kind enough to do a flu jab in the evening. Great staff and service.

I had a 111 prescription sent over to the pharmacy and since I couldn't drive, I could not get to the chemist. the pharmacist was brilliant and was kind enough to drop of the medication after he finished work after 11pm. excellent customer service and a wonderful human being.
