Just a chaotic experience , was in a long queue waiting for prescription was then told it would be ready next week and witnessed the receptionist being brutally rude to a disabled person and a young mum aswell who was very upset, recently tried phoning them all day so I wouldn’t have to go there but that went on to ansaphone then phone cut off, shocking pharmacy who need training plus extra staff

They don't answer their phone in the Camborne pharmacy! It's turned down so low it's obvious its done to avoid the noise! Been going on since Covid! Its Now 2023! I think they need to employ someone who knows how the phone works as these jokers are completely out of order!!! Customers cannott reach them for their meds!

Sent wrong prescription too early and missed one item completely Don’t answer their telephone and keep you waiting for ages when you call to collect the wrong prescription. Have just changed to on line delivery as fed up with bad service. No more to be said

I am meant to get my prescriptions delivered i have to constantly chase for it, he got my prescription on 16th December im still chasing for it on the 29th and when it does come i only get a few bits so im constantly ringing asking where the rest is

I contacted day Lewis pharmacy Peckham yesterday 37 times to find out what time will be the best for me to come and collect my medications but nobody picked the phone. I also called again seven times this morning before I made my way to the pharmacy. When I got there, there were four people in front of me and it was only three people inside at once. When I finally got inside, the pharmacy asked me if I wanted to come back, she said because I was on lot of medications but I told her that I will rather wait and collect my medications because I have been calling your phone since yesterday and this morning so many times to find out when to come but nobody picked the phone. As I was speaking, she angrily told me to shut up in presence of all the other customers and I also told her to shut up as well and I also let her know that she is rude. I feel so much embarrassed, bullied and intimidated. As healthy care professional she is expected to have emotional maturity to deal with the patients professionally and with emotional maturity.

I called to ask if they had a sample pot for my infant son, they said yes at a charge of £1 and I even had a conversation with them about how had the task at hand was going to be. Instead they failed to tell me there sample pots are faulty so my sons urine ended up all over and no sample for the GP to test. My husband went back and raised it, they advised it was a known issue and to tape it up and I had to go through everything again with an unwell irattable baby. What an absolute joke! Would not recommend and caused much more stress than was nessary at an already stressful time. I will be emailing head office.

Ordered prescription items from doctor on the 3rd and 12th October to be delivered. I was told they were on the pharmacy system and to come back in half an hour. I needed something urgently and could they do that now.I waited half an hour only to be told they car'nt see it on their system and are not doing it.

I phoned up to ask about flu vaccine. She gave me a one word answer and then slammed the phone down without me even able to ask anymore questions. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional manner.

Will be changing this and every time I go in for prescription it’s not done and yet it’s been weeks left waiting 45 mins and staff are just rude After this perception they won’t be anymore from here it’s awful “Do you need it now?” “Ermmm…. Yes that’s why I’m standing here !!!!!!
