Hi. Today I attended Ogles pharmacy in Pershore after experiencing symptoms of suspected tonsillitis. I was in pain, stressed and anxious and keen to receive treatment asap. So I opted to use their Pharmacy First Service. I was welcomed, and was promptly reviewed by the pharmacist, prescribed appropriate treatment and left feeling reassured and listened to- all within 15 minutes! Thank you Ogles pershore for such a fantastic service. All staff members were kind, friendly and informative. What a great service we are able to access!

I visited the pharmacist for advice on my sore eye. She kindly looked for me and recommended I visit the optician. Very grateful for this advice as I had a serious ulcer which involved hospital treatment

Exceptional service from a person centred team. Nothing is too much trouble and I've found them always willing to help no matter how pressured and busy they are. Well done all of you.

All I can say keep up the good work cause you are honestly doing amazing job i moved over from boots cause had nothing but problems so i thought i woudl you give you guys a try and i a honestly amazed with everything you do there i been in today to collect my prescription and it was ready in 5 mins of me waiting. The staff are lovely and friendly there well done guys keep up the good work. Would 100% recommend switching to this pharmacy!

Very helpful staff, always answer the phone for queries. A breath of fresh air after my experiences with a practice in Worcester. The staff understand my needs and try to make sure my requirements are met.

I came in on a Saturday. The wait time was very long, there was no sense of urgency and the service was poor, will not be coming back.
