I visited to collect my repeat prescription 21/02/23 in the pooring rain only to be told that it wasn't ready and would be ordered for the next day and it had not been sent by the surgery. I checked with the surgery and was told the prescription was issued on the 14/02/23 and this was also on the nhs app. What's going wrong this is not the first time its happened

I have nothing but poor service from this Pharmacy. They forget to order repeat prescriptions and when I order them via the App, they tell me they need 48hours to process the order - and yet I watch people come out of the Doctors surgery opposite with their prescriptions in hand, and are served their orders immediately. I will no longer use this pharmacy and do not recommend it to others.

I just do not understand the mentality of the staff. The just have stopped caring about their patients. Not only do you have to remain in their queue for upto an hour to hear for there third time, your prescription is not ready but if you come back in 2 days time it will be ready. You tell the staff you have heard that twice already and you have received a text saying your prescription is ready to pick up. You receive an apology with the same information, please return in 2 days. You inform the safe you have run out of a medication you must not stop. You are then told we can give you your prescription to take it elsewhere. So you take it elsewhere and they bend over backwards to help. I am now happily been supported by ASDA pharmacy in Bideford. Boots didn't care people stand for long periods of time to be told your prescription isn't ready. I was not they only one to be told we cannot Forfill your Prescription. Please return on another day. They didn't care you needed to go to another pharmacy to get your prescription. They did not take ownership of their problems not maintaining their agreement to meet your medication needs. Poor, poor, uncaring service.
