I get my monthly prescriptions from this pharmacy. I find the pharmacist and all the staff there very helpful. Advice I received in the past and continuing is always precise and helpful in terms of my safe prescribing and my health. Thank you staff at Bideford Pharmacy.

Staff friendly and when phone answered are happy to help but am afraid there have been too many occasions when my mother has needed medication that has not been delivered and the pharmacy have not been easy to contact ( no family locally to collect medication for her)

Always a quick and efficient service! had my telephone call answered after calling for a second time; staff member apologised for this and told me that they have to prioritise the customers in the shop (as it should be!!) and cannot always answer if they are making up prescriptions, absolutely reasonable and I respect their honesty, prescription was ready to collect when I got there 5 stars.

Can't fault the staff. They are always extremely helpful and very supportive but unfortunately it is near impossible to have a telephone call answered. On this occassion I have been trying to call them to arrange an appt to discuss my medications and as with previous calls I have to telephone several times over the course of the day but sadly even then I have only managed to get through twice in the past four years. I have difficulty getting around so I can't just go there in person as I need someone to take me.
