    The service is extremely poor in terms of telephone conversations with staff, medication being delivered or picked up. The staff are very unsympathetic towards customers that generally need support and guidance in obtaining crucial medication that is a must for vulnerable and elderly patients. A couple of months ago I’ve had no choice but to request that I physically pick up all the crucial medication my elderly mother requires on a regular basis. Even though I have stated that I will pick up the medication as my mother is unable to walk to answer the door they have still attempted to deliver. This has caused distress on many occasions whereby she has felt anxious not being able to walk and answer the door. On the request of the GP I contacted the pharmacy to find out why an important medication was missing and I was told that it was not dispatched when I asked why this had happened I was told there is no pharmacist here and I should ring back tomorrow. The person on the phone then accused me of being rude and put the phone down.
