Consistently let down- seems to happen with every prescription. Never send any kind of message to say that they’re unable to fulfil the request, so you instead have to make the journey there to be told that your medication isn’t available, which is extremely stressful when you either have to request a new prescription (again very time consuming) or to go to other pharmacies to try and get it. I called to ask whether they’d be able to fulfil the request at the start of the week and was told that there shouldn’t be a problem, but have yet again been let down.

Communication when collecting and getting items to be regular leading to a lot of stress when not wanted and feeling unwell.
