Had a free blood pressure test as advertised in window - dealt with by a very informative and polite member of staff.

3 regular monthly items on my list which I order online then try to collect. Ordered 10/14 days in advance because we all know how bad their supply is. 6 visits over 3 days & still no exemestane. This prevents my secondary breast cancer recurring. Had none for last 2 days. Last time seretide inhalers were not available for days. Clients are sent back to gp to get separate scripts to drive elsewhere & collect, wasting valuable NHS time. Staff polite, but not concerned. Townspeople in despair & goodness knows how elderly & disabled, or financially deprived people are managing. Not all can drive 7 miles to Bideford & back to collect! Dreadful non provision happening here for the town.
