Booked on-line for two flu vaccines. When arrived No pharmacist and door to pharmacy locked despite someone in pharmacy. Well was offering flu vaccines but not able to provide the service. Head office issued a standard apology, but still waiting for refund from the Pharmacy - and no sign of it yet!
