  1. Review titled Still no change

Rated 1 star out of 5

So it's been a year since my last review and I'm still no further forward, if anything the primary mental health services in teesside are getting worse. Presented at crisis again, they love to tell you what they can't do and what you're not eligible for, don't they! Apparently, they were gonna get affective disorders to "take another look" at my file. Heard nothing at all. I called affective disorders 2 weeks later and they haven't received anything and I'm "not open to services", so fobbed off again. Still on another impact waiting list. I'm now at a point where I don't want to engage with "services" any more, do more harm than good. You were quick enough to label me with a condition, shame the treatment wasn't so forthcoming. Waste of time.

  2. Review titled Mental Health

by Sii - Posted on 14 June 2022

I travel the country so have used various different mental health services. I found these to be very good all round in Malton with the exception of occupational health services. The OT (occupational therapist) seemed to contradict what everyone else said and implied that they knew best about my symptoms, medication etc. They didn’t seem to be doing the same job other OTs I have used did, but replicated the nursing and psychology services A good service let down by lack of traditional OT services and an OT who thought they were a psychiatrist.
