From the moment I arrived till I had my appointment all the staff were lovely and made me feel at ease would definitely recommended this place

Very professional from the start really friendly people very caring my mri scan was explained to me in detail it lasted some forty minutes and when it had finished the nurse made sure I was OK before I left

I received excellent friendly care. I really felt looked after, and came away with a great sense of reassurance. Thoroughly professional and compassionate. Highly recommended Riverside Health

I was looked after excellently from the moment I arrived. The appointment was punctual, the 2 technicians were kind and reassuring, as I hadn’t had an mri before. The scan was carried out quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. The only complaint is that I had to get a bus and the walk from the bus to the clinic was treacherous, along a mud path next to a very busy road, and I took my life in my hands trying to cross the road. Luckily I rescheduled my appointment during daylight hours, as it would be dangerous while dark

The treatment that i was referred for a ultra sound of my abdomen was performed with my consent and was informed of what procedure I was having by the person doing my procedure

A lovely fresh Health Centre. Plenty of seating and NHS information. Easy venue to find as on a main road. Plenty of parking. Staff very helpful and respectful. I had everything explained to me during my scan .

I was seen by healthshare for a problem, osteo arthritis of the base of my thumb. After having 3 steroid injections I was sent for an Xray and very quickly seen by a surgeon. On 1st of May I will be having a surgical procedure. All in the space of 4 months. What more could someone want?

Staff were as always very polite and courteous.They also helped my with a bit of an embarrassing situation,to which they expedited my appointment sooner.
