    i have found everyone very helpful and understanding a very good experiance here. Easy to get too. Very flexible appointments. Skin has improved. All in all excellent service and would recommend to friends anf family.

    Very good a dermatology clinic that takes the pressure off the hospitals a bit. my appt was for 3.45 sunday sept 9th 23. and i got there at 3.30 and waited just a couple of minutes after booking in then was called in. the doctor / consultant was very good and only took a few minutes to sort my issue out and i was away and back home within half an hour.

    My son is under dermatology at Health Harmonie for acne treatment. Over the course of the two months he has been there he has had one month's of treatment and one months of repeated blood tests (which have been lost twice!) Continuously having to wait over half an hour to book try and book an appointment. I am now waiting over a week for a prescription that the specialist should have sent out on the same day to the chemist. What is really frustrating is that the initial one month treatment was working my sons acne was clearing up. He has now waited over a month for his second month of treatment and his acne has come back. Even the staff members have said that I need to complain as the specialist do not acknowledge their emails regarding patients!

    Took my daughter to Health Harmony, Penkridge for a biopsy. Arrived at 10.45am for an 11.00am appointment. As with Health Harmony, Basford, Newcastle under Lyme, no receptionist present but a sign suggests "take a seat and someone will be with you shortly". A lady appeared and asked for a name, she replied "not on my list, someone will be with you soon"and walked off. At 11.07am receive a phone call from 0121 ??? ???? asking if we were attending appointment? Advised we had been sat in reception for over 15 minutes. He was calling from a room 30 ft away but no one had even bothered to open the door to check the reception area or check for any patients. Perhaps an automated check in on an ipad would be better if there is no "receptionist" present. Secondly, the air con was running and it was really cold sat in the waiting room staring at blank walls. Not a very welcoming "reception". The lady we saw was, however, pleasant but could not carry out the procedure. Referring my daughter back to the local hospital for a biopsy. Therein lies the problem relying on photographs of lesions. If my daughter had been "physically" seen by a qualified Dr or Consultant in the first instance, it would have saved us a 50 mile round trip and a wasted appointment. Now awaiting an urgent 2 week referral back to the local hospital for a biopsy. Where is the sense in this?

    Was very unimpressed with my February visit to check my suspect glaucoma, but the difference this time was enormous. Better equipment, more professional and a doctor who actually spoke to me and explained what was happening. Waiting room still looks a bit temporary but I left feeling much more confident in a return visit.

    Extremely convenient of location and parking is always available. Staff are unbelievably wonderful and never unhappy even when late or in need of reschedules. Appointments are always flexible and they attempt to fit them around your own personal events. This service being in the community rather than being in a hospital has extremely benefitted me and I am definitely happy with everything that I have been provided. All Staff have been very professional and clearly understand their roles during procedures.

    The clinical staff and reception has been very welcoming and supportive and have been great in managing and monitoring my progress. The light therapy has improved my eczema and has given me a lot more confidence and comfort from this.

    Having been referred for psoriasis by gp in worcester, had to travel 40mile round trip. Initial consultation was ok and led to tablets prescribed. Very quickly Became apparent these were making situation worse. Tried contacting them numerous times to no avail. By this stage could hardly walk and got an emergency telephone consultation and more tablets prescribed. Again no improvement. After a number of call got another face to face appointment, again not in Worcester but 40+ mile Round trip at 9.00 On a Saturday. Got there in good time and despite dermatologist being there, his assistant was not so he refused to see anyway. After waiting a further 3 hours they got an assistant and was finally seen. Was told to stop tablets and would get an emergency referral to hospital for phototherapy. A month later was I so much pain and unable to walk due to pustular psoriasis on the soles of my feet that rang them again. Was given phone appointment the next day and asked to be available between 2-4 as they would call in between appointments. By 5 and having not heard anything rang them afain and was told dermatologist had simply Written on notes that he would not speak to me as already referred to hospital and of in so much pain should go to a&e. So 3 hours wasted and not even the curtesy of a call. Have tried ringing hospital numerous times And no one ever answers the appointment line so 2 Months later and still in pain have had ti resort to buying a medical grade phototherapy lamp and still have no idea if or when I will here more! If this is an example of the public/ private health care partnership at work, then you can keep it!

    the location is readily accessible, the staff have been fantastic amending appointments to suit my work schedule. The overall service has been great with the ladies really caring about how the treatment is working and taking time to offer advice where possible.

    I was referred by my GP to a dermatologist at Health Harmonie in Stratford upon Avon. After waiting months for an appointment (on hold for hours - they don't answer phone and still blaming unexpected call volumes from Covid 3 years later!) I went to the appointment. It was the most awful experience - called into a room with doctor sitting behind a giant desk and looking at me with disdain. I couldn't understand a word she said as she was softly spoken with strong accent and when I asked her to repeat she made me feel stupid. Room also had a boy in it doing her "admin" and he was very rude and no explanation of who he was or why he was there even though I had to strip off my clothes. The doctor couldn't be bothered to explain diagnosis to me - simply told me to get a prescription but machine was broken so they would call me to arrange where to pick up medicine. I sought clarification but the boy just snapped me an answer to wait for call. Stared at me until I left. I cried the moment I got out. I waited days for a phone call and nobody bothered calling. Health Harmonie phone lines a pain and when they answer they are unhelpful. Left in distress with painful rash and no idea what to do now. Thanks NHS - I've always been an avid supporter but you are really failing if this is the best you can do with your doctors. No care, compassion, service - can't believe I waited months and months for this in pain/discomfort.
