    Saw a lovely consultant but my son needed urgent treatment. The doctors had failed to send through blood tests so treatment has now been delayed. Tried twice to get an urgent follow up appointment and keep being fobbed off or ignored.

    The "clinician" I saw had very little to zero interest in my skin problem. I have been suffering for a year and to finally see a dermatologist was a big relief at hopefully answers/treatment. I left there distraught to the point I walked out and just cried in my car. He took a one second look at my problem and all he came up with was to "moisturise more". Seriously! I explained the many ways I've been trying to combat this problem including moisturising. That is not the answer. He couldn't even be bothered to work out my age even though it was on his laptop in front of him. He didn't ask what meds I was on, what health conditions I have ect. He just wasn't interested. I wouldn't recommend anyone that values their mental health go there.

    : I had a dermatologist appointment on a Saturday at bhi Parkside, Bromsgrove. At the appointment, a prescription was written and I was told that I could pick up the medication from my nominated Pharmacy by Tuesday. By Thursday the pharmacy had still not received any prescription for me. I tried calling the patient Feedback number and was on hold for a total on one hour forty five minutes. I also left a message. I then sent an email using the contact form and received an email back saying they would “update me shortly”. Come Friday and still no prescription or further contact. Very poor service.

    I had an appointment in a dermatology clinic on the Saturday, & was advised that my prescription would be at my pharmacy by the end of the week. It did not arrive, for 3 weeks, despite chasing this several times. I was told the clinician I had seen would not be working for them in the near future so eventually had to have another telephone consultation with a consultant in order for a Prescription to be reissued. I hope the NHS were not charged twice! Admin staff were not particularly helpful when I phoned to chase the prescription.

    Both nurse specialists were very friendly and proffesional and made me feel very at ease. Although appointments were restricted to 3 days a week and times were often booked up the nurses always tried their bext to squeeze me in at a convenient time. I would highly recommend this service

    Referred on an urgent basis for lesion. Seen v quickly in basford for photo. Told I’d hear in 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks on and nil heard. Have asked GP to intervene. Very poor

    From the moment I stepped in to the clinic I was given superb care and treatment. The speed of service and professionalism from all the medical staff was exemplary. I'm sorry I cannot name the individuals concerned but you have my heartfelt thanks.

    Tried calling regarding regarding medication prescribed on five occasions. Long wait -10 minutes. Spoke to someone who couldn’t help. In desperation drove to the clinic where I saw the Doctor. Sadly Exactly what we have come to expect these days .

    Appalling service. Continuous canceling of appointments. Booking appointments at incorrect surgeries. The worst thing about this is that they are being paid with taxpayer money.
