Was greeted very well at reception staff was very helpful and friendly and explained were to go and my specialist doctor very friendly and explained everything to me

GP sent request to see consultant and within two weeks I had an appointment within 6wks and consultant open and honest which really helps with managing work and home lifestyle decisions. Efficient and friendly service. Appointments from the request of the consultant were made within a week and appointment made for one week later. Obviously there are more services that will be in contact and not every service is able to be so accessible . One request if possible is that for late appointments could there be a drink available in some way ? My appointment was for 5.30 and I was unable to have a drink of some kind or patients could be advised to bring their own?

Dear Patient, Thank you for sending us your feedback and positive comments about your experience with Dorking Healthcare. We are pleased we were able to see you in a short space of time which was convenient for you. Although the Coffee shop at Dorking is run in the day by Volunteers, we do provide water fountains in our Redhill and Dorking clinics, so please ask a member of our staff if you cannot locate them. I have nothing but praise for my recent appointments at Dorking Hospital. The clinical staff, and the staff on reception, are so kind and helpful, and the Saturday clinics are all fantastic. I’m so grateful that we have Dorking Hospital locally, it’s so friendly and although small, it offers such a wide variety of services. I am very happy with all my experiences and would like to offer my sincere thanks to all concerned.

Was seen on time for my ultrasound. Everything was carried out efficiently and explained clearly. Every time I have visited Dorking Hospital I have always been seen on time and felt totally at ease.

Prompt efficient courteous and clean. An excellent example of a well run hospital. I really felt cared for by the neurologist and that he cared. Explanation was concise and MRI explanation was clear. Thankyou.

Was a pleasant atmosphere...clean and modern inside and out , was seen on time which made a nice change from East Surrey Hospital which isn't clean ! And never seen on time. Was also very impressed with the short waiting list . The Neurological Consultant was extremely pleasant and professional... I liked him ..very nice man and easy to talk to....he reassured me when answering my many questions.
