It was by far the best experience I have had - from the front desk to the department to the Surgeon. It was easy to find and plentiful parking for a disabled person like myself. Any of the staff I talked to for directions were kind and helpful. The Surgeon was thorough and kind and talked me through the process with compassion and care.

Very quick, efficient . Appointment at 2.30 was in and out no waiting around . Love going to Dorking Hospital always efficient

Efficient, well organised, run on time, very focused staff. Sparkling clean environment. Lovely courtyard garden and free car park !!!!

The lady I saw was very professional and at the same time made my diagnosis very easy to understand. The treatment was backed up by a helpful fact sheet. I was reassured that this treatment should be successful but that I would also be sent a follow up appointment in 3 months. What was also particularly good for me, the designated clinic was very near to my home address.
