    I was very concerned that I had developed Glaucoma and CHEC reception arranged for me to see the doctor straight after my glaucoma check. This is not normal practice. The technician doing the test explained what she was doing throughout and made sure that I knew what was going on. She was very patient with me. After the tests I waited in the waiting room for a few minutes and then I saw the doctor. He examined my eyes and looked at the test results. He told me that it was not Glaucoma but I had dry eyes which was causing my symptoms. He gave me some drops to use and explained how to use them. He ensured that I understood what he was saying and reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. I am very thankful for CHEC. I have been going for several years.

    Checking in exactly two days after my cataract op. Vision from "new" eye about 90% as good as the other eye and getting better each day. No discomfort except a tiny bit of gritty feeling first thing in the morning. Almost enjoyed the whole experience. To my surprise, no pain at all during the op. Many thanks, surgeon and all the very pleasant (and attractive) staff.

    Thank you to the staff at Accrington. They were all a pleasure to deal with and put me at ease before, during and after my procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    The staff manning the reception desk at CHEC Worcester were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and amicable. The nursing staff and doctors were equally competent and empathetic in their approach. From my personal experience, I would highly recommend CHEC Worcester without any hesitation. I express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional service I feel like a very valued patient. Thank you.

    The staff were all excellent and extremely professional. They were friendly and informative. I felt comfortable and at ease. One problem was the parking. The designated parking spaces for the Eye Clinic were all full so we had to park on the grass.

    Who books 9am appointments when the Dr doesn’t start until 10am and then stuck in traffic! I actually felt for the receptionist trying to deal with it and she was very friendly and helpful. When people take time out of work for a 9am appt, you don’t expect to still be sitting in waiting room at 10am and the Dr still not arrived. Terrible.
