So grateful to the exceptional practitioner who took care of my son yesterday. She really listened when I explained my sons fears (resulting from a previous trauma) and completely put him at ease; being silly; taking things at his pace and responding to his needs whilst they weren’t overtly obvious. A total professional who made our experiences so much better. An invaluable service under extreme pressure but in my recent experiences of visiting with my children, a lot of practitioners working their socks off and providing great care.

I attended on GP recommendation for an injured ankle. I was seen quickly, had an x-ray. Fracture found, boot fitted. Then referred to the fracture referral. They rang me the next day. The NHS are beyond busy but I would highly recommend Gosport War Memorial Urgent treatment Centre. Thank you.

Free NHS Wi-Fi not working in the wards.Staff not interested or bothered! Patients being able to contact family and vice versa is very important.

Visited urgent treatment centre with a UTI and was very impressed from start to finish. Walked in and given a ticket, called up to desk to sign in. Then walked into next waiting area and was called through for ob's to be taken before I could sit down. Then waited 10 mins to see a nurse. Next through to see an advance practitioner!! Treated and outside within an hour and half. Staff are friendly and polite. An asset to Gosport if used correctly.

I visited today to wait 4 hours to be seen. Only for the practitioner to grab my leg (infected) and start squeezing pus out, despite me saying I was in tremendous pain. Not once did she ask me if I was okay with this. Very unprofessional and seemed like she was just in a rush to go home. Dropped a few comments about “this is why I don’t get tattoos”. My black and white tattoo that’s was inflamed, she started by saying about the “red ink” which it wasn’t, not helpful in the slightest. However all other members of staff I have a brief encounter with were very friendly and helpful.

I have had to visit this unit three times during the past five days and each time I have received excellent treatment delivered by friendly and very professional staff. I can't thank them enough, they really are fantastic. A real asset to the NHS.

I had to call to the urgent care after being referred by 111 (who were also superb). Very busy waiting room but the staff were patient, offered water (as it was very warm) and were seeing people has quickly as possible. Once I had the initial consult, I was then x-rayed and then seen again so quickly - all from very professional staff who worked quickly and politely despite obviously being very busy. Fantastic NHS!

My wife attended to have 12 stitches removed from finger, nurse asked her to remove dressing herself then asked her to hold a torch while he tried to remove stitches. Left finger weeping and no dressing applied. On return home we found 2 small stitches were left In. Poor service.
