Went in expecting to have to advocate for myself and more of an uphill battle. Dr completely put me at ease, suggested the tests I wanted before I asked for them to put my mind at ease and to make sure all basis was covered. Felt genuinely comfortable around him which I didn't think was going to happen considering the circumstances.

When attending Yorkley Health Centre for my Covid-19 booster, I mentioned a severely swollen little finger on my right hand to the clinician. It was suggested that I see a doctor about it, and I was seen that same afternoon! The doctor was very kind and understanding. Following an X-ray to confirm osteoarthritis, I then saw a different doctor to discuss the results of the X-ray. I received sincere help and advice during this second consultation. I would like to name the doctors involved, but understand that this review must not include the names of individuals, which is a bit of shame. Another great health care experience from Yorkley Health Centre!
