I was unable to order a repeat prescription for a long term health condition, so completed the on line Klinik form. No contact for a few weeks then this week I logged onto my NHS App and noticed the repeat prescription had been amended and a prescription sent to my chosen chemist 3 days earlier. This is 2nd time this has happened! Why is there no communication? What about the Klinik form has it been cleared or should I still expect contact?

I was dealt with by a friendly and efficient young doctor. She dealt with my concerns and rang someone more qualified in my ailment for more advice. I came out of the surgery happier and less worried than I went in. My faith is back with York medical group
