    I have recently used to practice's E consult option and was very surprised with the efficiency of this service. Within an hour of completing the online form, I received a phone call from the surgery, resulting in an appointment with the doctor two days later ... It's a great alternative to calling the surgery ..

The eConsult service can be a great way for patients to access the Practice, obtain medical advice quickly and if suitable an appointment may be provided. The eConsult service has a limitation applied to ensure the safe care of all of our patients, however the number we can receive will depend on our clinical capacity.     Called to get apt as chest pains.Seen straight away by the lady paramedic who is a credit to the NHS .She was so thorough and caring.Checked everything and extremely knowledgeable..10 out if 10 ! Was so impressed.

    I have tried on many occasions to make an appointment to see a GP for my back pain. This has been prevented due to the poor procedures set up. I have rung a number of times at 8am to have my call cancelled due to high volume of calls. There was no option to make an appointment on a future date due to no availability (even though social media posts have been shared about appointments being released during a day) so was advised to ring on the morning at 8a.m. I have previously tried to book an appointment on the NHS app or an e-consult which have not been available despite being suggested on the telephone. I have waited 18 months before finally pushing for an appointment as the pain has been so bad. I had to rearrange work commitments as was told I could only get a same day appointment and there were no future ones. The advanced clinical practitioner was amazing. He listened, organised a referral and medication for me. He was positive and offered future support (if this was ever going to be a possibility due to the issue with making appointments). The practice appears to be over subscribed and under staffed.

    Dear patient Thank you for taking your time to provide feedback to the Practice. The Practice is currently offering pre-bookable appointments (up to 3-4 weeks in advance), as well as appointments that are released at a varietys of days ahead (for example, can be booked 14 days, 7 days, 4 days prior to the appointment). All appointments are released at a variety of times throughout the day. There are a selection of appointments released to be booked online via the Systm1 or Airmid app - again made available at different times. The Practice does offer eConsults, however the numbers are limited to ensure the safety of our patients and our practitioners. The Practice is facing immense pressure and demands for appointment, and the we are working hard to try and meet this demand. We do need to ensure the Practitioners are working with safe numbers, and so there has to be a limitation to the number of appointments we can deliver safely. Unfortunately, due to increased demand, this means that there are no unlimited appointments for all patients. We are continuously monitoring this, and trying new ways of working to help our patients. I am pleased to hear that the practitioner you have consulted with, provided an excellent level of care to you. Again, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.     Great doctor advice and very sympathetic to my situation. What was best is that it was not just the words but some great follow up actions put in place I.e. prescription, arrangements for x-ray and also cognitive behaviour therapy information for a secondary ailment. Dr M was exceptional.

    Following an ongoing issue I had an appointment with the Advanced Practitioner. He was extremely thorough and talked me through possible causes and treatment options. I was impressed by how he talked everything through with me in a calm and caring way. I felt he listened to my concerns and was impressed that a follow up appointment that has been arranged.     I was seen by Mr C for my problem. He was very thorough and ensured I was heard and very empathetic with my problem. He gave me excellent advice and made a referral as he deemed appropriate. He explained the medical issue and gave me good reassurance which is what I needed. I’m very happy with Mr C’s consultation, thank you!
