Invited for our flu jabs on Saturday. As always, everything was very well organised and we were in and out within 6 minutes! Excellent!

Saw one of the nurses today, very good experience. Appointment on time. Lovely nurse very knowledgeable and put me at ease straight away.

Always courteous and friendly good timekeeping contacts patient regularly staff very efficient. Well organised for flu vaccine plenty of parking available

I received my 5th COVID vacc. and the whole process from contact by first the NHS and then from the practice was exemplary. The actual visit for the jab was so efficient and carried out in less than 5 minutes. All the people I came into contact with were very helpful and friendly.

Send out regular reminders...recent flu jab was well run ..no queuing....took only a few minutes....

Received a message to book my Covid Autumn booster in the morning and booked a slot for that evening. Friendly, quick and easy.
