Both doctors and reception team have been amazing over the past 4 weeks. I attended the practice with a pain in my back, a month ago, only to end up being referred to hospital with a range of exploratory investigations to be carried out. I'm terrible when it comes to organising my life but the reception staff contacted me daily/weekly to make sure I'd arranged appointments that I would otherwise not have engaged with. A massive thankyou to all the doctors and staff who really make this a most efficient and professional practice. In the most difficult of times the NHS soldiers on and for one I am thankful and grateful for their support and reassurance.
