During my visit I found the GP pleasant and listened to me as I explained my symptoms. (I didn’t feel rushed) My examination was thorough and treatment for my symptoms was explained well. Before I left was encouraged to get in touch if no improvement. Good appointment.

Been with this surgery for a couple of years now for my 5 children. The doctors are lovely and I am always satisfied that I have been listened to. When I have not been able to attend the surgery I always get a call from a gp and the same service I would expect face to face.

GPS may be fine but first you have to get an appointment. Numerous phone calls before finally being connected only for the phone to be disconnected almost immediately twice! Deliberately avoided peak times to make call but still had difficulty. Have found the reception staff to be unhelpful the last three times we have had to contact the centre, making what can be a stressful situation unnecessarily more stressful. Need to sort out their phone system and send reception staff on customer care course

Excellent experience this morning for flu vaccination . Taken by an assistant to the appropriate room and seen immediately . My husband and I were in and out in less than 5 minutes .

My husband and I attended for our flu injections and found everything very well organised. The staff were friendly and efficient and the whole visit took 5minutes.

Needed prescription adjusted. To save making GP appointment, offered blood test with a practice nurse that day. The practice rang me when blood results available and explained increased prescription, plus forwarded the new prescription to the pharmacy. For me a more practical service than waiting for GP appointment or call back

All very helpful, and listen to you and give you the best treatment they can, all doctors I have seen are good and nurses to,and I didn't have long to wait for appointments

Process ran smoothly so far, appointment with doctor then follow up with appointments for blood and x rays at blaydon. So far no issues judging waiting on next appointment with doctor to discuss results.
