You do have to wait for an appointment. But that is the current situation. I do think that the provision could be extended to late nights and weekends, just as all other provisions. When you arrive at the surgery, you receive nothing but exceptional service

I do contact you mainly by messaging. I am so pleased always with the quick reply. By text which is so efficient. or a call back. Thank you to everyone who works behind the scenes. and of course Doctors , Nurses and Paramedics. a great Surgery

I have visited the practice three or four times over the past month and each time have found the staff a joy to interact with. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Always had good experiences, from doctors and nurses through to reception. They have always gone above and beyond to help, I have always got an appointment albeit over the phone or in person. Communication has always been excellent and I feel fortunate to be a patient at this practice

Obviously we only contact a medical centre when we have a problem, so to feel that I am being listened to, that someone is doing their best to understand and help is very reassuring. This has been my experience every time, whatever my reason for contacting Westcourt, and I would like to express my gratitude.
