Called GP office and was advised to go to the pharmacy as they can also give consultation and issue antibiotic (new thing), went to pharmacy, they said, our service are limited when it comes to antibiotic, refer back to the GP office. if I have known, I just stick with the appointment that was given to me on the same day. A link was sent from the pharmacy to the GP for next day appointment, booked it and 10 minutes later text said "sorry problem with your booking" rebooked again and same thing happend. 10 minutes after, a text from surgery saying was trying to call you, if you call today you will have prioprity. Call them back waited for an hour on the phone and now the next booking is in 2 weeks time for a check up, I don't request for a check up, I need to see the doctor and antibiotic. After a heated conversation, they can give me Friday morning for my son. You followed their advise and links and they totally messed up your appointment and not taking responsibility. Used to be good but as they are expanding and with the new technology, you need to be able to know some IT which confusing them as well and patiences. Will go to A&E wait for 8 hours waiting.

Usually can get an appointments on same day when urgent. Very good doctors and amazing nurse! However, for non urgent issues it is very difficult to get an appointment

I have had a few appointments with the lady physiotherapist who works at Wentworth Medical Practice. She is professional, competent and extremely pleasant. Both myself and my husband have been treated by her and she is absolutely excellent. We are generally very unhappy with Wentworth Medical Practice, but have stayed with this surgery because of her. She is brilliant and we are very thankful. She has given me and my husband esteroid injection to my wrist and base of thumbs as well as my husband's knee.

I saw an experienced nurse practitioner about a stye on my eyelid. I found her to be a warm and friendly person, good at her job and pleasant to deal with. She also suggested a shingles jab which I decide to have that same morning. I’ve only been twice to this practice but very happy also when I saw a lovely and again highly experienced doctor last time I visited this practice.

The receptionist at the Finchley Wentworth GP is exceptional. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and efficiency made my experience truly positive. It's evident that they really prioritize patient care, creating a welcoming environment from the moment I walked in. She maintained professionalism regardless of dealing with numerous people’s queries in a stressful environment.

I went for an annual blood sugar check and the nurse I saw was just wonderful. She took her time to speak to me and upon finding that I had not been for my over 40 check she took my blood pressure (which was exceptionally high) and extra blood, height etc needed for the check. She was thoroughly polite and helpful from start to end and had a smile on her face. Given the unprecedented pressure on our NHS staff, she went above and beyond. The government should be thoroughly embarrassed by how they have treated the NHS and its staff over the years and should do the right thing by them. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful, people like you deserve a medal!

I took my daughter for her pre-school boosters. The surgery had reminded me it was time for them, then arranged the appt for me. Check in was quick and easy and we were seen with a few mins of our appointment time. The nurse was lovely with my daughter, chatting away to her to distract her but also explaining in clear language what the vaccination was and why it was a good thing. All great! Thank you

Filled in an online form and got a call by 9am wanting me to come in for a face to face consultation. The doctor was friendly and helpful advised me on my medication and recommended I have a follow up in two weeks time , via phone. My prescription was sent directly to chemist and I felt that I was valued and looked after unlike my previous visit, the doctor wasn’t ‘doing me a favour’ but genuinely was looking out for my welfare. Thank you
