Great when you get to see a doctor but the current system for doing so seems to be finding the correct form online - (not easy) - filling it in, and waiting for a response - and you are asked to be available all day to come in if invited. For non- urgent matters this is ridiculous. Other surgeries still seem to let you phone for an appointment.

lost records, other people's records sent to me accidentally. appointment arranged at other surgery but no records sent in advance so no blood test. a bit disappointing.

I've been a patient here for 10 years and they take really good care of me. There have been many changes over the years including partnership with other clinics, switch to Patches and onlinSys and of course NHS cutbacks. I'm sure it's been a massive challenge for all the Drs, nurses and reception staff at Wellesley Road but through it all they have found ways to help me stay in work or return to work when I have had health problems (big and small). I will be with there for as long as I am living in their area :). Thank you to all the people that have helped me and been patient with this er.. patient. x
