I booked an appointment to see a doctor in regards to my sons symptoms (will be 4 year in june). Even though it was just a viral infection this particular Doctor was so thorough with my son and did everything in a really lovely manner. He gave my son a fist pump and a high five before leaving which made my sons day. He is by far the best doctor i have seen when it comes to my son & would definitely recommend seeing him again!

I have anxiety and really struggle with new people, new doctors I’ve never seen so moving to this surgery was very daunting. I’ve seen 2 different GPs since moving to this surgery and both were amazing and outstanding. They made me feel very at ease, comfortable and helped me immensely. Would highly recommend!

Saw an amazing dr. Appointment was the same day and my results were back within 3 days. Can not fault them

Nurse fully understood my issues, quickly arranged for me to see Nurse Practitioner to expidite my concerns about my COPD condition

I saw a GP that same morning who referred me and I saw the doctor the very next day. Issue was resolved effectively.

I only joined the practice at the beginning of the year. So far seen 3 Drs who have been extremely pleasant, compassionate and respectful. The staff on reception where really nice and approachable

Joined the practice from another local gp service which was providing inadequate care. The gp I saw today was compassionate and caring, and genuinely stopped to listen to what I had to say. After feeling unwell for more than a year, they reviewed my notes and immediately sent me to the hospital for urgent treatment. They also organised 2 referrals for follow up, which should have been completed by the other practice more than a year ago. They were knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and I finally felt like someone cared enough to do something. Hopefully now I can move forward, get the treatment I need and actually start to be well again. Thank you

Today I received exceptional care, from the lovely care navigator to the very considerate GP I spoke to on the phone. There was time given for me to explain my problem, and a management plan discussed and agreed. I’m very lucky to be under this GP surgery.
