I have been trying to get my prescription for days , I was told to make an appointment so I filled in the form to make one, first day no appointments available, I try the next day early in the morning and it seems my form wasn’t read at all because I was just sent the link to request a repeat prescription despite saying in the form I needed an appointment, I called the practice and was told I needed to fill in the form again and again no appointments I haven’t had my medication for days because of this

I am very happy with the service provided by Robert Darbishire practice. Their appointment system is amazing and I always get a phone consultation on the same day.
