    i called on Wednesday at 8 for a doctors call. this did not happen till 5:45. then was told we would continue our appointment on Friday (today) at 8:30. well its 11:05 and I'm still waiting for the call. so the appointment I had booked is now 2 hours and 35 mins late. this is Ridiculous as I've been waiting by my phone all morning.

    I’ve been sent the same letter and blood test form three times I had my test in January doesn’t anyone at this surgery check their system instead of wasting time and money repeating themselves

    Every time I have seen a clinician they have been thorough, kind and competent. Yes, the phone lines are busy and it's hard to get through but the team are all really helpful and the call back function works well. A wonderful team of super humans who are all overworked but still want to do their best for you Thank you.

    I have been with De Parys Avenue all my life, it has been a little harder to get an appointment since they became De Parys Group but it has also given availability at other clinics so it is beneficial. I have always been able to get a telephone or face to face appointment when needed and the GPs have always been help. But the real stars are the receptionists, they are so polite, helpful and professional. Despite probably having some really horrible patients call up, they always remain so kind over the phone. I am proud to be part of this service, but hopefully one day there will be more funding to meet the demand. Thanks for everything De Parys!

    Called up exactly at 8am (when lines open), on hold for 45mins, only to be told that all of today's appointments are now gone!! Can that many people have been in front of me in the queue? Why does it let you stay on the line if there are already too many people in the queue? My daughter is disabled, and it makes no difference - no provision for appointments for the vulnerable. The system is terrible and no doubt the staff get to bear the brunt of it.

    Very efficient, professional, helpful service. Wrote EConsult, phone call next day from GP, appointment 3 days later with GP at surgery of my requesting and physio appointment the next day after seeing lovely GP - Dr Amen. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you so much to all involved.

    Called surgery clicked call back rather than wait- got text saying unable to reach you No missed calls on any phone. Tried calling today and stayed on the line from 9.58m—11.25 and still no answer !!!gave up at that point. The surgery asked me to contact them—- so how do we do that? In your view is this good service God help us if this was an emergency What are you doing to improve the all round service us patients are not receiving and continue to receive

    Please amend your main website so that closures of departments – like dispensaries – due to shortage of staff, are flashed up specifically referring to the day in question, no the vague message we got by text some weeks ago. After getting some helpful info this morning, I had to check some things and as it takes about ¾ hours to get through on the phone, I went in by car. The De Parys dispensary is closed all afternoon. Nothing about that on the website !! Why not? Why can't someone spend a few minutes each day updating the website.? All it needs is a little box on the Home page saying "Latest News" Please!

    was admitted to hospital when i was discharged i was given medication i was told i had to take this continually with no breaks when my tablets were due to be reknewed i rang deparys to get a repeat perscription the receptionist said id have to have a appointment to see a doctor offeredone two weeks away and my tablets ran out in a few days rang back and was told deparys hadnt sent them a discharge notice so i had to ring the hospital who sent one through to them rang again they said they still hadnt recieved it so i had to ring the hospital again who sent them it again by this time id taken the last of my tablets rang deparys again told id have to speak to a doctor who finally issued them at 5.30 when we collected theyd already sent the perscription through mid afternoon

    The people themselves are very friendly and sympathetic to all my concerns. My advice is to always go in and speak in person. They may redirect you on the phone but in person reception is usually kind and efficant as they can be within their constraints, however I have a few issues. Forgetting things in a doctors appointmemt or getting some medication to try out is normal but don't. Upon being offered the medication make sure to always ask for a repeat perscription otherwise you'll be in a waiting line for hours. The wait time in calls is ridiculous. It has the same "our number has recently changed" for about a year now. I was told to go to an outside practice and they didn't tell me I needed to agree to share my information leading me to be perscribed the wrong medication.
