Nothing but good things to say about the practice. Have always looked after me and my family. Called up on Monday afternoon about 4pm about my toddler, spoken to a nurse and was seen by 5pm. Doctors are brilliant here and can’t do enough!

Rang at 4pm and was offered a GP Face to face appointment next day which wasn't needed so took a telephone consultation instead.

Rang first thing, 8th in the queue but got through in 2 minutes. Spoke to a super helpful receptionist who after discussing my symptoms made me an appointment for later in the day. Waited a mere 5 minutes and saw the GP. Thank you so much. GPS get a raw deal and i can't fault this surgery.

Came in for my flu Jab, waited less than 2 minutes to be seen, then was in the room less than 30 seconds! Super fast and attentive service.

Excellent customer service and nurse gave a very good interview with good explanations. Offered the pneumonia shot which. I took.

They are lovely and helpful.. I was in a different surgery as I moved from another postcode 4 years ago and the difference was very welcoming. No waiting times, always helpful in person and over the phone and being a doctor myself I see them always keeping the GMC standards of care. I am so happy with all the care they have provided over the last few years.

Earlier today I went in person to reception as I had quite a few questions. All the questions and concerns I had were fully answered in a most polite and friendly way. I'm sorry I did not take note of the receptionist's name but she was definitely suited to her job. I walked in with questions and walked out with very helpful, positive answers. Thank you.

I've just called to ask for a message to be passed to my GP, the call was answered very quickly by a lovely friendly reception who listened to my issues and advised what she could do next. All receptionists should deal with patients in this way. I'm afraid I didn't get her name, but she should be praised for the way she handled my call

Thank you for your kind review Sarah. Our Patient Service Advisors, (just like many nationally) are the first contact with the practice and as such deal with many challenging situations on the phone and face to face. This created a national campaign to help clamp down on bad behaviour by patients - the link this is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ru4QhVZ2a8 The practice supports them with recorded calls and also CCTV as often the behaviour is alarming and contravenes our Zero Tolerance policy. I would personally like to thank you for taking the time to leave this review, as it has made a difference to the person concerned, and for that I am very grateful.
